Job Summary
The Visitor Control HSPD 12 Specialist is responsible for identity proofing, enrollment, credential issuance/activation, and visitor processing. Key duties include processing access requests and PIV badges, verifying identities, maintaining logs, managing badge inventory, and operating access control and visitor management systems such as USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and EasyLobby. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, along with a minimum of 5 years of administrative or customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable client-specific adjudication
- 5+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience
- Intermediate computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in USAccess, Identiv Velocity, EasyLobby
