Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent degree
- Five (5) years of management experience or a combination of relevant experience totaling five (5) years
Additional Requirements
- Position funded through the Eli Lilly MBTE Pathways Grant, contingent upon ongoing grant support.
- Local residency is preferred.
