Visitation Support Coordinator

Job Summary
Facilitate, monitor, and document family visits and oversee monitored exchanges in a Family Visitation Center. Impartially observe interactions between non-residential parents and children, document observations, and intervene or terminate visits as necessary. Maintain communication with attorneys, Guardian Ad Litem, and courts to oversee service delivery. Transport clients to visitations, set schedules, and maintain visit room safety. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, attend court hearings, and assist with training and data entry for CIS and Clearinghouse databases. Report incidents within required timeframes and assist with special events. This role supports CHS's mission to empower children and families throughout Florida, contributing to a high-performance culture focused on proactive behavioral health and case management solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Florida Driver's License within 30 days from hire
- daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- Two years of experience working with children/families
