Job Summary
Receive unit requests for parent/child visitation and schedule them with caregivers and parents. Ensure the safety and well-being of each child during visitation at a JFCS facility or designated location by maintaining a safe, sanitary space with age-appropriate supplies. Observe and document visitation proceedings objectively according to judicial and Agency guidelines, intervening appropriately during crises and submitting critical incident reports within established time frames. Maintain a weekly online calendar, track mileage for reimbursement, and attend meetings as requested. Clear Level II background screenings, reference checks, local background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify requirements, plus provide proof of auto insurance and maintain a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- AA or BA Degree seeking student
- 1+ years office/administrative experience
- Case management experience
- Clear a Level II background screening
- Clear a reference check (professional and personal)
- Clear a local background check from Duval County and the County in which you reside
- Clear a drug screen
- Clear a Motor Vehicles Records check
- Provide proof of your auto insurance and maintain a minimum personal auto bodily injury liability insurance
- Clear an E-Verify check to substantiate that the successful candidate meets the Department of Homeland Security authorization requirements to work in the United States
