Job Summary
Supervise and coach parent-child visits at the center, in homes, or community settings while delivering parent education and maintaining clean, safe spaces. Document visits in COMET and NYS Connections, provide case management, safety planning, and referrals, and communicate with caseworkers, therapists, and transport providers. Attend court hearings and case conferences as needed, submit monthly statistics, and participate in individual or group supervision. This 40-hour hybrid role supports families rebuilding relationships within a trauma-informed team at SPCC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, e.g., psychology, sociology and/or counseling, with a minimum of two years' experience working with children and families preferred.
