Job Summary
Provide visitation services with trauma-informed, culturally sensitive support; conduct intake interviews, schedule client visits and exchanges, supervise and coordinate staff/volunteers, document all case activity, maintain confidentiality, testify in court as needed, and participate in meetings/trainings to support families and children in the agency’s care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in a social service or human services setting with target population
- Face-to-face customer contact experience and ability to resolve complaints
- Experience working with families and children with diverse problems
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) desirable
- State of Texas vehicle operator’s license and proof of liability insurance
- Certificate or license as applicable by State agency as a qualified practitioner
