Job Summary
Visit Support Team (VST) Logistics Analyst supporting MARMC Code 210 at Naval Station Norfolk. Responsible for providing technical services for surface TSRA visits including ACT, PODT, PAT, PDT, BMDRA, CMAV, and other TYCOM assessment programs. Duties include pre-visit assessment preparation with current procedures, assembling SME assessment books for TSRA subsystems, attending TSRA pre-brief, ship access clearances, OMMS-NG access forms, and R-Supply access forms. Provide contractor-supplied ADP equipment, manage SME books, log check-ins/outs, verify repair 2-Kilo MAFs and GA2K status, document training, generate daily reports, load MM0001 to Force 3MC/OMMS-NG/AWN, order parts, submit consolidated hardware reports, review data for accuracy, and prepare post-visit EOV and executive summaries including Excel parts reports for SUPPO. Will participate in out-briefs and ensure final reports are delivered to the Assessment Director. Requires active Navy logistics experience and the ability to work in a dynamic, security-sensitive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience within the last ten (10) years in Navy Integrated Logistics Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of the DOD/Navy Integrated Logistics Support System.
- Working knowledge of DOD/Navy Supply Support systems, supply support directives, policies, standards and documentation, afloat supply procedures, and the Navy Supply System organization as defined in MIL-STD138 8-1A/2A.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience utilizing 3M system software or Assessment Program software employed by Navy assessment programs.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with HM&E/C5I/C4I equipment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with the Navy Supply System and Navy 3M as it relates to parts acquisition, ordering, and research (R-supply).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with CDMD-OA as it pertains to review and validation of shipboard configuration.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with CDMD-OA as it pertains to development and input of feedback and configuration change documents for shipboard configuration.
- Active secret US government clearance
