Job Summary
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives in HR while assisting with internal communications, content creation, and campaign development in Marketing. Contribute to marketing campaign development and member communications, or assist with daily investment operations, processing, and reporting depending on your rotation. Support members directly in the Contact Centre across all placements, while participating in compliance monitoring, internal control testing, and risk reviews for the Investment Operations track. This 18-month program features three six-month rotations across Business, Marketing, HR, Contact Centre, Member Advice, Investment Operations, Quality, and Risk. You will apply a 70:20:10 learning model with access to senior leaders and cross-team projects. Start in Melbourne CBD with a February 2026 start date within a member-first, not-for-profit super fund managing $30 billion in assets.

- Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities
- Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 2 years) in a relevant field (Credit average or higher)
