Job Summary
Design, code, test, debug, and record COBOL programs in CICS/VSAM/JCL environments while developing custom application features based on BRDs and MVPs. Create high-level designs, analyze specifications, and generate estimates for medium to complex banking projects involving credit card processing. Support production deployments, participate in crisis calls for incidents, and drive system performance improvements using VisionPLUS, CMS, and mainframe technologies within DevOps and Agile disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in development and maintenance of medium to complex banking applications such as credit card processing
- Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS product
- Strong hands-on working knowledge in CMS module
- Strong knowledge of COBOL and CICS
- Well versed with Mainframe technologies such as Endevor, Changeman and batch scheduling activities
- Experience in design and development of medium complex problems
- Good knowledge and experience of DevOps & Agile discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
