Job Summary
Tutor small groups of Middle School students in English and Math without direct teacher supervision using provided curriculum. Deliver lessons, create an engaging learning environment, and support positive student behavior. Track attendance and progress via the HeyTutor Dashboard, assist with assessments, and escort students to designated campus areas. Clock in/out daily using Deputy and complete additional assigned duties. Requires an Associate's degree or current college enrollment, Spanish bilingualism, and an FBI-DOJ background check. Monday–Friday availability between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Earn $22–$26 hourly with attendance incentives and voluntary health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Completed AA degree or higher, OR currently enrolled in college
- Ability to pass an FBI-DOJ in-person background check
- Spanish Bilingual
