Job Summary
Tutor small groups of Middle School students in English and Math without direct teacher supervision using provided curriculum. Create an engaging, welcoming learning environment while supporting positive student behavior and participation. Track attendance and progress via the HeyTutor Dashboard and assist with assessments when requested. Escort students to and from designated campus areas and clock in/out daily using Deputy. Deliver lessons between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. This role offers $22–$26 per hour with attendance-based incentives and voluntary health benefits, ideal for Spanish bilingual college students or educators seeking consistent weekday hours in Visalia.
Required Qualifications
- Completed AA degree or higher, OR currently enrolled in college
- An in-person background check
- Monday–Friday availability
- Available between 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Spanish Bilingual
