Job Summary
Visa Office Coordinator supports visa and passport processing, authentication services, and administrative tasks for Corporate Services. Responsibilities include staying current on visa requirements, processing and tracking visa/passport applications, managing electronic case files, communicating with clients, handling passport photos, participating in authentication procedures, coordinating with embassies and government offices, updating visa status information online, assisting with travel-related logistics, and performing various office duties as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work with external agencies, and availability for on-call coverage. Office location is Silver Spring, MD, on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree required
- Three to four years applicable experience
- Notary public qualifications preferred
- Must be a member in regular standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Must maintain a regular and reliable attendance schedule
- Ability to operate a vehicle
- Strong English language skills
