Job Summary
Maintain confidentiality and professionally process Visa applications while executing checkout procedures and answering customer inquiries. Complete daily audit sheets to track store performance and ensure compliance with First National Bank, Visa, and Scheels regulations. Stock Visa materials throughout the store and lead Card Member Appreciation Days or special promotions according to bank and corporate standards. Assist the Visa Coordinator with annual compliance training and maintain an orderly work environment. Work 8am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 11am to 7pm on Sundays. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts including but not limited to; discounts, percentages, interest, commissions, proportions and volume
- Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry
- Ability to communicate procedures and answer questions and offer to associates, customers and the general public
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel
- Ability to learn Google systems like Drive, Google Docs, etc.
- Must be available to work during the hours of 8am – 9pm Monday through Saturday, 11am – 7pm on Sundays
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Ability to apply concepts of basic math, grammar, punctuation and spelling
