Job Summary
Provide expert guidance to client travel teams on visa, passport, and immigration requirements, including risk assessment, proactive issue escalation, and tailored consultation. Manage end-to-end case handling by preparing documentation, coordinating filings, maintaining timelines, and ensuring accurate recording in INON and IMMIGO. Coordinate with GBV offices, network partners, and local operations to support project-specific needs and group travel requirements. Act as the centralized point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely updates on case status and potential delays. Continuously monitor orders in progress, review follow-up reports, and identify emerging issues to keep leadership informed of requirement changes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate level degree or equivalent
- Experience in Travel, Hospitality, or Embassy/Consulate relations
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with excellent writing and email skills
- Strong client service mentality
- Solution-focused with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle high volume while maintaining high level productivity
- Ability to problem solve, analyze information and provide solutions
- Based in Belgrade (hybrid working model)
