Job Summary
Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom while adapting instruction to meet each student's needs. Administer provided assessments as scheduled and maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team. Schedule Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 5–8 PM EST (all 3 days required). Pay is $30/hour for tutoring and $20/hour for admin/prep time. Candidates must be a legal U.S. resident with a current, valid teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA (expired licenses not accepted)
- Available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5–8 PM EST (all 3 days)
- Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
- Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
- Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Additional SpEd or ESL Certification a plus
- Prior online tutoring experience preferred
- Bilingual abilities preferred
