Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Autonomous Vehicle Operator (AVO), simulation operator, or in a junior IT support or QA testing role.
- Proficiency with gaming controllers (Xbox, PlayStation, or PC joystick).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fast reaction time.
- Basic computer literacy with strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Reliability, accountability, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay focused and calm under pressure in a dynamic testing environment.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with simulators, hardware troubleshooting, or gaming systems.
