Job Summary
Secondary Online Teacher position responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in one or more subject areas to students in a virtual environment, using digital tools and LMS platforms; develop curriculum aligned with Idaho State Standards; differentiate instruction for diverse learners (IEP/504/ELD); provide timely feedback and maintain records; collaborate with staff to foster a positive virtual school culture; requires Idaho State secondary education certification, Bachelor's in education (Master's preferred), and experience with online/ hybrid instruction; remote work with hybrid in-person components as needed; tools include Google Classroom, Canvas, Zoom;
Required Qualifications
- Idaho State Certification for secondary education in the appropriate subject area (Grades 6–12)
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Prior successful teaching experience preferred, particularly in online or hybrid learning environments
- Certification/License: Idaho State Certification for secondary education in the appropriate subject area (Grades 6–12)
