Job Summary
Virtual Medical Team (VMT) role delivering tele-health care to One Medical patients 24/7/365. Treat patients through tele-health visits, triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups. Requires MSPAS and active NY license with NCCPA; 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care experience; 40 hours/week with rotating weekend coverage August–February 2027; compensation $80/hour; remote virtual work with collaboration between virtual and in-office teammates; completion of Master’s PA program and ongoing NCCPA certification; strong communication, tech proficiency, and ability to follow established clinical workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NY state license
- NCCPA certification
- 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine setting (within past 5 years)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings (shifts 7am-6pm EST or 11-10pm EST)
- Experience delivering care via tele-health including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups
- Excellent clinical and communication skills, ability to follow established clinical protocols
