Job Summary
Conduct tele-health visits, including video appointments, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups, while collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and utilize established clinical protocols to provide evidence-based primary care to patients. Maintain active NCCPA certification and practice as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient, urgent care, or emergency medicine settings. Work afternoon and evening shifts (7am-6pm or 11-10pm EST) with rotating A/B weekends, supporting 2 of 4 company holidays. Required Qualifications
- Completion of master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Maintaining active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in DC or TX
- Possibility to obtain additional states
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings
- Current shifts are 7am-6pm EST or 11-10pm EST
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
- A passion for human-centered primary care
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery

- W2 position
- 40 hours minimum weekly
- 2 full (entire) rotating A/B weekends per month
- Support 2 of 4 company observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)
- One Medical participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
