Job Summary

Conduct tele-health visits, including video appointments, telephonic triage calls, and email follow-ups, while collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds to support continuous learning and adhere to established clinical protocols. Manage patient care across afternoon and evening shifts, ranging from 7am to 6pm PST, with rotating A/B weekends and support for two of four company holidays. Earn $80/hr as a seasonal CA-licensed Physician Assistant from August through February 2027.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
  • Maintaining active NCCPA certification
  • Currently licensed in CA
  • Possibility to obtain additional states
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
  • 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
  • Ability to work afternoons and evenings
  • Excellent clinical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
  • Support 2 of 4 company observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)
  • 2 full (entire) rotating A/B weekends per month (weekends includes Saturday and Sunday)
  • 40 hours minimum weekly
  • W2 position
  • Seasonal Employee from August - February 2027
