Job Summary
Conduct tele-health visits, including video appointments, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups, while collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds to maintain continuous learning and utilize clinical protocols to provide evidence-based primary care. Work afternoon and evening shifts ranging from 7am-6pm PST with rotating A/B weekends, supporting 2 of 4 company holidays. This seasonal role from August to February 2027 requires a CA-licensed Physician Assistant with recent primary care or urgent care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Maintaining active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA
- Possibility to obtain additional states
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings
- Excellent clinical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
- Support 2 of 4 company observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)
- 2 full (entire) rotating A/B weekends per month
- 40 hours minimum weekly
- Seasonal Employee from August - February 2027
