Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups; participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborative team huddles; deliver evidence-based primary care virtually as part of One Medical's Virtual Medical Team; requires NY licensure and completed FNP program with national certification; 2+ years outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience; Afternoon/evening availability; strong clinical and communication skills; proficient with technology to deliver high-quality care; 60 schedule indicators included in the posting; seasonal 40-hour weeks; non-benefited virtual role.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
- Currently licensed in NY
- 2 years experience as Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency setting (0+ age range)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings (7am-6pm EST or 11-10pm EST schedules)
- Strong clinical and communication skills; follow established clinical protocols and workflows
- Tele-health care delivery proficiency
- W2 seasonal employment from August to February 2027
