Job Summary
Deliver virtual primary care as part of One Medical's Virtual Medical Team by conducting telehealth visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups, and performing telephonic triage and routine care. Collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles, following established clinical protocols to provide high-quality care to patients 24/7. Requires NY Family Nurse Practitioner licensure with national certification and 2+ years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency medicine experience, with the ability to work afternoons/evenings and a rotating weekend schedule. This seasonal W2 role runs August through February 2027, with a minimum 40-hour workweek and compensation at $80 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
- Current NY licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- 2+ years in outpatient primary care settings seeing patients of all ages (0+) OR 2+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine settings seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings (shifts 7am-6pm EST or 11-10pm EST)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills and ability to follow established clinical protocols/workflows
- Familiarity with telehealth tools and virtual collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
