Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, telephone, and email follow-ups) as part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team, with 24/7 coverage and a rotating weekend schedule; participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates to deliver evidence-based primary care; leverage technology to deliver high-quality care, follow established protocols, and engage in ongoing learning and feedback; must be a NY-licensed FNP with national certification and have 2+ years of outpatient primary care or urgent care/ER experience; flexible to work afternoons/evenings in a seasonal, W2 role; compensation is $80/hour with comprehensive benefits for eligible team members.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
- Currently licensed in NY
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings (shift examples provided)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills with the ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
