Job Summary
Conduct tele-health visits, telephonic triage calls, and email follow-ups to treat patients virtually as part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team. Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning. Deliver evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages using established clinical protocols and workflows. This seasonal role runs from August through February 2027 with a minimum of 40 weekly hours, including rotating A/B weekends and afternoon/evening shifts (7am–6pm or 11am–10pm PST). Compensation is $80/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in CA
- Possibility to obtain additional states
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
- A passion for human-centered primary care
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
- An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues

- W2 position
- 40 hours minimum weekly
- 2 full (entire) rotating A/B weekends per month
- Support 2 of 4 company observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)
- Current shifts are 7am-6pm PST or 11-10pm PST
- One Medical participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
