Job Summary
Conduct telehealth visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups for One Medical patients via video or phone. Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning. Deliver evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages using established clinical protocols and workflows. This seasonal role runs from August through February 2027 with a minimum 40-hour weekly schedule. Compensation is $80/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in CA
- Possibility to obtain additional states
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings
- Current shifts are 7am-6pm PST or 11-10pm PST
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
- Ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients
- Support 2 of 4 company observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)
- 2 full (entire) rotating A/B weekends per month (weekends includes Saturday and Sunday)
- Employment type: Seasonal Employee from August - February 2027
- W2 position
- 40 hours minimum weekly
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
