Job Summary
Conduct tele-health visits, telephonic triage calls, and email follow-ups to treat One Medical patients virtually. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and engage in daily huddles with both virtual and in-office teammates. Utilize your FNP certification and California license to deliver evidence-based primary care across all ages. Work afternoon and evening shifts (7am-6pm or 11-10pm PST) with rotating A/B weekends, supporting 2 of 4 observed holidays. This seasonal role runs from August through February 2027 for W2 employees earning $80/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in CA
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
- Possibility to obtain additional states (CA license)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
