Job Summary
Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs; conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments and contribute findings to IEPs/504 plans; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans and behavior interventions; serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources; respond to crisis situations with risk assessments and safety planning; maintain confidential documentation of services; provide consultation and training to school staff on trauma-informed practices, behavior management, and social-emotional learning.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- State licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (or eligibility to obtain)
- Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
