Virtual School Education Liaison Officer

Virtual School Education Liaison Officer to raise educational achievement for children in care. Deliver a wide range of administrative and educational support tasks; provide timely advice to schools, colleges, carers and social workers; monitor academic progress, attendance and wellbeing of children in care using the Personal Education Plan (PEP); support allocation and impact of Pupil Premium Plus funding; organise bespoke mentoring and tuition; promote inclusive and therapeutic approaches to education; attend meetings and advocate for the voice of the child; respond to enquiries with practical solutions; maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory guidance and best practices.
