Job Summary
Hybrid Virtual Sales Representative role focused on selling dental products and services to existing clients while building new relationships primarily via remote channels (telephone, video conferencing, online meetings). Responsibilities include initiating and cultivating customer contacts, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, creating compelling quotes, negotiating contracts, delivering post-sales service, maintaining detailed CRM records, collaborating with field sales and distributor partners, and staying informed on industry trends. Successful candidates will have experience in virtual/digital sales, CRM tools, MS Office, and a proven ability to manage a dedicated customer base, with travel up to 10%. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or significant sales experience is preferred.
