Job Summary
Represent pharmaceutical portfolios to pharmacies and GP clinics via virtual channels (primarily outbound calling). Drive product uptake through pharmacy engagement, education, and value-based selling. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets using effective virtual selling techniques. Collaborate with the virtual sales team to share best practices and contribute to a high-performing, supportive environment. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on call activity, customer insights, and sales performance. Work in a hybrid model: 3 days office-based, 2 days WFH in Sydney or Melbourne. This is an entry-level opportunity with training and clear career progression into field-based pharma sales; must be based in NSW or VIC. Flexible hybrid working arrangements and a collaborative team culture are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates
- Science/healthcare background preferred
- Previous junior sales experience (retail, hospitality, customer service) highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient and motivated in a target-driven environment
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
