Run your own recruitment desk from home focusing on permanent and temporary placements across multiple industries; requires 1 year recruitment or staffing experience; build a book of business; source, interview and present high-quality candidates; develop client relationships and convert leads into orders; work virtually with a team in a commission-based program; must own a computer and have high-speed internet with video conferencing; strong in-person recruiting, sales and communication skills with entrepreneurial mindset; industries of interest include Finance, Healthcare, IT, Entertainment, Fashion, Energy/Green Energy Solutions, Higher Education; compensation is 100% commission-based with up to 40% of net placement fees; remote work from home opportunities available nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year recruitment, staffing and sales experience
- Ability to cold call prospective clients, contacts and leads to develop a book of business
- Ability to work independently and within virtual team
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and through video conferencing)
- Ability to convert leads into orders and develop professional relationships with clients
- MUST own a personal computer with access to high speed internet and camera/microphone for video conferencing
- MUST be an independent and self-motivated worker that can work from home
