Virtual Recall Software Support Specialist

Job Summary
You will provide first-line technical support for the Virtual Recall SaaS product to veterinary practices in English and Spanish, including remotely installing software across diverse networks and environments, troubleshooting installation issues, training practice staff on product usage, and maintaining clear documentation. You will collaborate with UK and Spain-based teams, translate documents when needed, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience while supporting both cloud and on-prem environments. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely; prior experience with SQL, HTML, or CSS is advantageous and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 3 years in customer-facing technical support role or equivalent IT support position
- Experience with remote software installation and onboarding/training
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong general IT skills
- Experience with SQL, HTML, or CSS is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely
