Job Summary
Virtual Primary Care Physician role delivering care to One Medical patients via telehealth visits (video) and message-based care, supervising and collaborating with NP/PA colleagues, and adherent to evidence-based primary care protocols. Responsibilities include treating patients virtually for acute, chronic, and well visits; maintaining standard work and clinical protocols; ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and team huddles; providing care across a 24/7 schedule with a strong emphasis on team-based care, technology-enabled care delivery, and a patient-centered approach. Requires completed residency in Internal or Family Medicine, board certification, active state licenses (CA/NY/DC), and a willingness to obtain and maintain licenses across multiple states. The role offers a base salary range of $262,000 to $278,500 with potential for additional compensation and comprehensive benefits; remote in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active state license in CA, NY, or DC
- Minimum of 25 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with support of Credentialing Team
