Job Summary
Provide virtual primary care to One Medical patients via telehealth visits (video) and message-based care, managing a broad mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. Operate within standard clinical protocols, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and collaborate with 4-8 NP/PA colleagues. Requires completion of an Internal or Family Medicine residency, board certification, and active licenses in CA/NY/DC with a plan to maintain multiple state licenses. Remote, US-resident practice with full-time schedule and base compensation in the $262k–$278.5k range, plus potential incentives and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active state license in CA, NY, or DC
- Minimum of 25 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with credentialing support
- Experience with telehealth/virtual primary care preferred
