Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform high-quality decisions. Prescribe medications and guide proper usage, collaborating with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current on telehealth innovations and best practices. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly between 8AM and 6PM locally, with assistance provided for obtaining additional state licenses. Join a network of physicians expanding access to addiction treatment and underserved communities through a streamlined practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
