Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment, including ordering lab tests and prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances except for buprenorphine). Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with assistance provided for obtaining state licenses in high-demand areas like CA, FL, NC, PA, and TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact
