Job Summary
Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups; engaging in weekly clinical rounds and other modalities; collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates; utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual primary care; open to obtaining additional state licenses for expanded virtual care; role is full-time with shifts including evenings and weekends; requires a master’s degree in PA and active NCCPA certification; competitive base hourly range with additional pay possible for those meeting qualifications; comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA and able to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
