Job Summary
Virtual Physician Assistant role for One Medical's Virtual Medical Team (VMT) delivering 24/7 tele-health primary care. The PA will treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, and email follow-ups), participate in weekly clinical rounds, collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates, and use clinical training to provide high-quality care virtually. Requires MSPAS master’s degree, active NCCPA, CA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses, and 2+ years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience. Shifts include evenings and weekends; base hourly range $59.10–$65.50 with differential. This is a full-time virtual role with comprehensive benefits, including CME, 401K match, paid time off, and family leave. Eligible candidates must be able to work in the U.S. and obtain necessary licensure; E-Verify participation noted.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required)
- Current shifts range from 6am - 12am PST
