Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, and email), including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles; utilize your clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual primary care; and be willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for expanded virtual care beyond California. The role is a full-time virtual position with shifts that include evenings and weekends. Education and experience requirements include a MSPAS and active NCCPA certification, with at least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine experience and CA licensure with potential to obtain additional state licenses. The base hourly pay ranges from $59.10 to $65.50, with additional pay considerations for evenings/weekends; benefits are provided for regular team members working 24+ hours per week. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- active NCCPA certification
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Current CA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Base hourly range $59.10 to $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) act as the compensation for full-time schedule
- Readiness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in additional states
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
