Job Summary
Virtual Physician Assistant role with One Medical focused on tele-health-based primary care. Responsibilities include treating patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, and email follow-ups), participating in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates, and pursuing additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in multiple states. Requires MSPAS degree, active NCCPA, CA license with ability to obtain additional licenses, and availability for weekday and weekend shifts in a full-time schedule; base hourly range $59.10–$65.50 with additional pay for evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Current license in CA (and ability to obtain additional state licenses)
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday OR Sunday required)
- Proficiency with technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
