Virtual Physician Assistant - CA Licensed

Virtual Physician Assistant at One Medical will treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, and email follow-ups) as part of a 40-hour weekly schedule including evenings and weekends. The role requires an MSPAS degree with active NCCPA certification and CA licensure, with eligibility to obtain additional state licenses for virtual primary care across states. Candidates should have up to 2 years of outpatient primary care experience (0+ patients) or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine, and must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Responsibilities include patient care through tele-health with clinical rounds and ongoing collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates, delivering evidence-based primary care, and utilizing technology to provide high-quality care. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate diverse patient populations are essential, along with flexibility to work varied shifts (including evenings and weekends).
