Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates. Utilize your clinical training to deliver exceptional care to One Medical patients virtually, with readiness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in multiple states. Requires completion of a MSPAS, active NCCPA certification, CA license with potential to obtain more licenses, and the ability to work weekday and weekend shifts across a 6am–12am PST schedule. This is a full-time virtual role with a strong emphasis on human-centered primary care, technology-enabled care delivery, and team-based coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) in the past 5 years
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Proficiency in tele-health delivery (video, phone, and email)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Comfort with technology to deliver high-quality care
