Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, and email follow-ups) as part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates, and utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. Requires a MSPAS and active NCCPA, CA licensure with ability to obtain additional state licenses, and ability to work a schedule including evenings and weekends. Full-time role with shifts ranging 6am–12am PST and compensation described as base hourly range with differential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to use technology to deliver high quality care
- Readiness to adapt to patients and colleagues
- Licensure in CA and openness to obtain additional state licenses
- Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
