Job Summary
Virtual Medical Team opportunity for a CA-licensed Physician Assistant to provide telehealth primary care to One Medical patients 24/7. Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, telephonic triage, email follow-ups), participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and cross-team collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates, and leverage technology to deliver high-quality care. Requires a MSPAS degree, active NCCPA certification, CA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses, and 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency settings. Full-time role with shifts including evenings and weekends; base hourly range $59.10–$65.50 with differential; practice emphasizes human-centered primary care and willingness to obtain additional state licenses; One Medical offers comprehensive benefits and an inclusive, equal-opportunity environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday OR Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
