Job Summary
Provide telehealth and virtual primary care to One Medical patients via tele-health visits, including video visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates; leverage MSPAS training and NCCPA certification to deliver evidence-based primary care; must be licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses; schedule includes weekday and weekend shifts; base compensation includes an hourly range with potential for additional pay based on schedule; comprehensive benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to use technology to deliver high quality care
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
