Job Summary
Virtual Physician Assistant to provide tele-health care for One Medical patients, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups, working as part of a team with virtual and in-office teammates. Responsibilities emphasize delivering evidence-based primary care in a virtual setting, collaboration through daily huddles, ongoing clinical rounds, and leveraging technology to deliver high-quality care. Requires a MSPAS degree, active NCCPA, CA licensure with ability to obtain additional state licenses, and 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine experience. Eligible for full-time schedule with weekday and weekend shifts; base hourly pay range is $59.10–$65.50 plus differential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a ACCREDITED Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- CA state license (and ability to obtain additional state licenses)
- 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) within past 5 years
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (including every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Current shifts range from 6am-12am PST
