Job Summary
Virtual Medical Team (VMT) role supporting One Medical’s virtual primary care delivery. Treat patients via tele-health visits including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and cross-functional huddles; collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates; leverage clinical training to provide exceptional care remotely; must be able to obtain additional state licensure and credentials for virtual primary care in multiple states. Requires completion of an MSPAS and active NCCPA certification, CA license with ability to obtain other state licenses, and 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency medicine experience; flexible weekday/weekend shifts with a 6am–12am PST window. The role is full-time and virtual, with a base hourly range of $59.10–$65.50 (plus evening/weekend differential). Also includes comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Willing to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Base hourly range $59.10-$65.50 per hour (plus evening/weekend differential)
