Job Summary
Virtual Medical Team (VMT) PA role providing tele-health primary care to One Medical patients; full-time schedule including evenings and weekends; requires MSPAS and active NCCPA certification, CA licensure with ability to obtain additional licenses; 0+ to 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency settings; remote virtual care with telehealth, video visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups; collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates; strong clinical and communication skills; extensive benefits package and compensation details available; location: Cedar Rapids, IA (US) with remote capability for virtual care; base hourly range $59.10-$65.50 with potential overtime/ differential for evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and is maintaining active NCCPA certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in 60; CA 60; with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Current shifts range from (6am - 12am PST)
