Job Summary
Virtual Medical Team PA to treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups. Requires MSPAS and active NCCPA certification with CA licensure and ability to obtain additional state licenses. Full-time role with shifts including evenings and weekends, collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates, delivering evidence-based primary care to patients 24/7, and leveraging technology to provide high-quality virtual care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Current PA license in California (CA) with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) in the past 5 years
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday OR Sunday required)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care
- Readiness to be part of a team delivering care in a virtual primary care model
